こんにちわ。
Windows Server 2008 R2で WindowsUptedaをかけると、
「新しい更新プログラムを検索できませんでした」[再実行]となり、エラー80073712がでます。
色々試したのですが、なおる気配がありません。
システム更新準備ツールは試しましたが、以下のログ（CheckSUR.log）がでており、ダメだったような感じです。

サーバは運用中のもので、クリーンインストールや再セットアップ等はできない状態です。
何か解消方法はないでしょうか。
※80073712の前には8000ffffのエラーが出ていました。
その際には、以下のことは試しました。
・ｓｆｃ /scannow →「Windows リソース保護は要求された操作を実行できませんでした。」とすぐ出てきて終わる。（セーフモードでも同様）
・クリーンブート
・【8000FFFF】Windows Updateでエラーが発生する
・Windows updateのトラブルシューティングツール
